    One months deposit (which will go into our deposit scheme)

    One months rent in advance



    Reference checking is £45 per person

Our contracts are all OFT friendly and written in plain, easy to understand English and on an audio CD if necessary
We will happily explain everything to you before you sign anything.
The most common contract we use is an Assured Shorthold Agreement but we have others for use out of the 
Housing Act and when the terms do not allow one to be used such as too much money or Landlord in residence.
